Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern the provision of digital marketing services, website design, automation setup and advertising management provided by Anceta Digital ("we", "us", "our") to commercial clients. By subscribing to any package or commissioning services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Services and packages

We provide three primary ongoing monthly service tiers:

  • Essentials (£279/month): Website design & build, Google Business Profile optimisation, missed-call text-back, review generation and customer reactivation campaigns.
  • Growth (£579/month): Everything in Essentials, plus organic social media content creation, branding and short-form video editing.
  • Scale (£1,200/month): Everything in Growth, plus Google Search ads and Meta advertising campaign management.

3. Fees, setup fees and payment

Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly cycle. All published prices [EXCLUDE/INCLUDE] VAT.

Essentials carries no upfront setup fee. Growth and Scale include a one-off initial setup fee (£[GROWTH SETUP FEE] and £[SCALE SETUP FEE] respectively) to cover campaign infrastructure and creative development prior to launch.

All packages are subject to an initial minimum commitment term of [MINIMUM TERM] to enable system deployment, testing and search optimization to take effect.

4. Ad spend paid separately

For clients on our Scale package, all advertising expenditure (media spend) is paid directly by the client to the advertising platforms (Google LLC, Meta Platforms, etc.) via their designated credit or debit card. Our monthly management fee covers strategy, creative development, campaign management, landing pages and optimisation, and does not include platform ad spend.

5. Client responsibilities

To ensure smooth delivery and prompt launch within [SETUP TIMEFRAME], clients agree to provide necessary assets (logos, high-resolution imagery, service details) in a timely manner and grant required platform delegation permissions. The client warrants that all copy, imagery and business claims supplied are accurate and compliant with UK consumer protection laws.

6. Intellectual property and website ownership

Clients retain full ownership of their pre-existing trademarks, logos and proprietary business content.

Website ownership and licensing upon contract conclusion is governed by [WEBSITE OWNERSHIP TERMS].

7. Cancellation and termination

Following the completion of the initial [MINIMUM TERM] commitment, either party may terminate the monthly subscription by providing written notice in advance of the next billing cycle.

8. Limitation of liability

While we apply professional industry standards to improve your digital visibility and conversion systems, we do not warrant or guarantee specific ranking positions or financial returns. To the maximum extent permitted by English law, our aggregate liability arising under or in connection with our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Both parties irrevocably agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
